Rep. Frank Iler presents a state appropriation check to Ocean Isle Beach for town park expansion

State Representative Frank Iler recently presented a $395,000 state budget grant check to the Town of Ocean Isle beach for the Ocean Isle Beach Phase 2 Park Expansion. The funds were included in the 2022 budget revisions recently passed by the House and signed by the Governor last week. Ocean Isle Beach is one of several municipalities in Brunswick County that received grants for parks, fire equipment, or other capital and equipment needs in the budget.

“The park expansion project includes a host of new amenities that will help make Ocean Isle Beach an even more enjoyable place for residents and visitors for years to come,” said Rep. Iler. “I’m proud to have been a part of making this grant possible.”
